Laurie Scott has 25 plus years in establishing operational excellence while improving bottom-line profitability to meet the needs of the business. While Laurie’s experience spans varies sectors including Healthcare, Finance, and Technology, the last 15+ years she has spent in the insurance industry. Mostly focused on defining operational efficiencies while leveraging technology in both an MGA and brokerage environment. Laurie is responsible for all things Operations at Excess Underwriting.
